When you use our mobile applications

You can use our mobile applications without giving away your personal information.

When you use NVISO’s iOS Apps published on the Apple Store or open for testing on TestFlight, the personal information we collect includes all the data that you provide by filling out form to request services and information, and do not include images, videos, names or emotional profiles that are generated while using our software.

All images temporarily captured or generated while using our iOS apps are not recorded nor stored, they never reach our servers or database: they are processed locally on your device and deleted any time you close the application.

When you contact us

While you can use our website without giving out your personal information, once you contact us via the NVISO website, NVISO collects information about you.

The information you fill in (personal information such as your name, email address, organisation) will be processed and stored so that it is possible for us to contact and respond to your request, and/or allow you access to our services.

When we meet at conferences and events

When embedding our emotion recognition proprietary technology into their products, clients grant to NVISO a license to retain all survey or project results in those databases used by NVISO for benchmarking and validation of NVISO analyses, provided that such materials are available solely on a non-identifiable basis in the NVISO database.
